Welcome to my new author blog! I'm Kim and I'm an upcoming author. A soon to be published author? Well anyways, I have a few short stories coming out soon and a novel to be released later next year. The first of my short stories is for a Christmas anthology. Which the short story in that will be available to get on its own later on in 2017. The other short story coming out will be coming out early 2017 and it's a historical romance.
Then we have my book, which I've been working very hard on. If you like fairytale retellings then this would be right up your alley. I'll give you a little hint: it's based on East of the Sun, West of the Moon. Have you heard of this fairytale? It's amazing. I think maybe I'll do a little background story post on how the book came to be when the release date gets closer.
I guess I should say a little bit about myself, right? Well let me start off by saying that I have chinchillas. They're my party trick. When people ask if I have any interesting facts or talents about myself I'll whip out my chinchillas. And yes, raising chinchillas is a talent. Haha. I have two boys named Rowan and Rhysand.
I guess you can say that I'm also a professional book hoarder. I really do love my books. I even tried to do reviews sometimes. Though I'm not sure if they're any good. I tried though!
I'm also a TV show addict. Like real bad. There's an endless list going on of shows that I love. I currently just got into Stranger Things. Holy crap guys. Is that show amazing or what? Speaking of shows, tell me if you have any favorites, anime included! Maybe I'll get some good recs.
I'm currently in the middle of NaNoWriMo. Though, maybe now I can just say that I failed epically.
